Sertac Ozturk
Sertac Ozturk is an award-winning colorist with over 20 years of experience. His beautiful and varied work has been featured on multiple magazine covers throughout his career and he well known in the District for his prowess with hair color. Many of Sertac’s clients have been with him for years, inherently trusting his vision and artistry. Sertac brings to the George Salon team a natural talent for finding and creating every client’s perfect hair color, whether they are in search of subtle natural highlights or a bold new look.
Serkan Ozturk
Serkan Ozturk brings over ten years of experience in haircutting, color and styling to the team at George Salon, having studied at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy in London. He draws clients of all ages and backgrounds who appreciate his artistry, engaging personality and his ability to connect and communicate with them. His specialities include both classic and trendy cuts as well as dynamic color work. Serkan is also passionate about continuing education, taking various classes throughout the year to further his skills, as well as encouraging the team at the salon to never stop learning their craft.
Timo Nguyen
Timo Nguyen has been a fixture at George Salon since 2002. One of DC’s strongest technical cutters, Timo also has a natural instinct for color - a combination that makes him an extremely versatile, valuable member of the salon staff. Timo’s many longtime clients value his keen focus behind the chair, friendly professionalism, and willingness to research and recommend styles and maintenance products that best meet their needs. A constant student of his craft, Timo is as skillful with classic styles as with breaking trends. Among Timo’s clients is Christine Gordon, owner of the Graham Webb Academy of Hair, a major beauty school in the DC Metro area, where Timo himself studied. Timo now often judges the school’s prestigious annual contest, which he himself won while a student.
Jennifer Beever
Jennifer Beever is one of George Salon’s new wave of young, talented stylists, bringing a multitude of diverse skills to the team. She is a talented colorist who has also earned a reputation as a go-to stylist for tricky color-correction jobs. Additionally, she specializes in Keratin treatments and special occasion updos. Jen is passionate about staying on top of the latest trends in style and hair, with many clients coming to her for the newest on-trend cuts.
Adnan Tekcan
Adnan Tekcan has been a valuable member of the George Salon team for many years, with a multitude of clients who return to him week after week and month after month. Adnan is known for his consistent and classic styling techniques. His specialties include beautiful blow drys as well as classic and modern men’s haircuts.
Mark Clements
Mark is a National Educator for hair extentions with over nine years of experience in the industry. A long hair expert, Mark is a master of Balayage highlighting and hair extensions. He continues to master his craft with continuing education in New York, California, Denver, Florida, and right here in DC.
Ginger farnham
A born artist, Ginger infuses her creative vision into every aspect of her life. Her training encompasses a wide range including a BFA from Corcoran College of Art to training under prestigious brands like Redken, Bumble & Bumble, Ouidad, Wella, and Devachan. Her scope of experience has helped her cultivate impressive skills, most notably with curly hair which has been recognized by Allure magazine in 2016 as D.C.’s “Best Textured Haircut.” Ginger is passionate about putting her clients at ease and taking them places that they never thought they could go with their hair.
